1. General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bbaj ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). bbaj is an online casino and sports betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh.
These terms are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). By using any service on the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the platform.
In addition to these terms, bbaj's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply and are considered an integral part of these terms.
2. Account Registration
To become a member of bbaj, you must create an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
2.1 Registration Process
- Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.
- The name, address, mobile number, and other information you provide must be accurate.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential.
- You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
bbaj reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other documents for this purpose. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
3. Age Limit and Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to use the bbaj platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
The following persons may not create or use a bbaj account:
- Any person under the age of 21.
- Anyone who has been permanently banned from bbaj in the past.
- Anyone who has placed themselves, or had a legal representative place them, on a self-exclusion list.
- Employees of bbaj or their close relatives.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds into bbaj: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
Funds may only be deposited from an account or card registered in your own name. Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited and will be treated as fraud.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a successful request, funds are generally sent within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- bbaj reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
bbaj will not be responsible for any loss caused by an incorrect account number or information provided by you. Once a transaction is completed, it generally cannot be reversed.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
bbaj offers various types of bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. A 10x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus. This means you must wager 10 times the combined total of the bonus and deposit amount.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each member is eligible for each bonus offer only once.
- If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in the closure of all accounts.
- bbaj reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel promotions at any time.
5.3 VIP Program
The bbaj VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. bbaj reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits and cashback rates.
6. Gaming Rules
All games on bbaj are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Each game has its own rules, and it is every member's responsibility to read them before starting a game.
- Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely independent and unbiased.
- If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
- bbaj is generally not responsible for losses caused by a disconnection.
- For sports betting, if an event is cancelled the stake will be refunded, though special rules may apply.
7. Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on bbaj and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Money Laundering: Using the platform to clean illegally obtained funds.
- Fraud: Using false information, stolen payment methods, or another person's identity.
- Bonus Abuse: Attempting to gain bonuses unfairly by exploiting system vulnerabilities.
- Hacking: Any attempt to breach the platform's security.
- Collusion: Playing in coordination with other players or attempting to influence outcomes.
- Automated Software: Using bots or any other automated program to play.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account by the same person.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
bbaj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Registration with false or incomplete information.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Failure or non-cooperation with KYC verification.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. Any balance that has met the applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn before the account is closed.
9. Limitation of Liability
bbaj strives to provide its services to the highest standard. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:
- Losses due to internet connection issues, server downtime, or technical errors.
- Issues arising from disruption to third-party payment providers' services.
- Any issues caused by your device or internet connection.
- Force majeure — natural disasters, cyber attacks, or other uncontrollable events.
Under no circumstances will bbaj's maximum liability exceed the actual cash balance in your account.

Your personal information is extremely important to us. bbaj uses SSL encryption technology to keep all your data and transactions secure.
